The National Employment Public Benefit Nonprofit Ltd. announced the Responsible Employer of the Year competition for the ninth time this year.

The aim of the competition is to identify and recognize businesses that regard human resources as a value, to showcase their best practices, to connect like-minded organizations, and ultimately to establish a community of employers sharing this mindset.

Our application program is built on three main pillars that align with the values influencing decisions within the Institution: commitment, respect, and a spirit of support. With this in mind, we continuously shape the measures and strategy that form part of our responsible employment program.

Our primary goal is to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty, thereby establishing a long-term sustainable and efficiently operated institution that plays a prominent role in the region.

The foundation of a long-term successful enterprise lies in satisfied employees. The appreciation and support of our current staff can lead to our future success, which requires the development of a well-considered strategy.

In addition to fringe benefits, a key focus is on improving the mental and physical well-being of employees, along with implementing community programs, family-friendly measures, various training opportunities, and coaching. Furthermore, we seize every opportunity to support our employees in overcoming difficulties tailored to their individual life situations.

At the award ceremony, our institution was represented by Dr. Zsuzsanna Holléné Dr. Mándó, General Director, and Alexandra Czene, Head of Communications and Marketing.
