The St. Andrew’s Hospital for Rheumatology is the successor of the State Medicinal Bath Hospital built from the end of the 18th century and founded by the family Festetics. Our institution owns a great natural resource (the therapeutic mud and the lake in Hévíz), and the utilization of that provides one of the most beneficial therapeutic possibility in the treatment of several diseases. Since the establishment of the institute, it has been offering rehabilitation services as a sanatorium and as a national hospital specialized in musculoskeletal and rheumatological diseases in particular.
