• the purchased ticket is valid for 90 days from the day of purchase, the duration of validity cannot be extended,
• the price of the purchased ticket cannot be refunded,
• the purchased ticket can be redeemed at the information desk of the main entrance (located at the Schulhof promenade), and can be used only on the day of redeeming
• the ticket is valid for one entry only,
• discounted ticket may be redeemed only after presenting the necessary identification cards (e.g. ID card for Senior ticket and Student card for Student ticket).
